At Mountain High Outfitters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and apparel; if you are not, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
